What to send
Briefly describe what happened, what you expected and which browser you use. For a rules question, name the game and position without another player's personal information.
Do not send a password, recovery code, cookie, private-room link or whole chat. Use the in-table report control for an opponent's message.
Privacy requests
Describe your request and nickname. A nickname alone does not prove ownership of a player record. Do not attach identity documents unless asked through a safe procedure. The privacy page explains the records available and the history download's limits.
Sending email
This application has no contact form or contact-message storage. The email link, when published, opens your mail application. Only if you send the message will your text and email address travel through email services to the recipient. The operator must confirm mailbox access and correspondence retention before using it for public support.
